Keto or very low carb diets lead to depletion of glucose and glycogen storesThis causes your body to start burning fat for energy. Something with which it does not suit initially. Once glycogen is depleted, your body has no choice but to burn the fat you swallow and then store the fat. Many cells can burn free fatty acids directly, but some require ketones for fuel. A few others may only use glucose, but don't worry, your body knows how to make whatever small amount of glucose these cells need to break down some of the protein in your body. Your liver makes ketones from fat, which perfectly satisfies the energy needs of your brain. Now that being said, you have become a fat man. You have the ability to easily switch between burning each fuel according to your energy needs. Your brain no longer sends a “feed me hunger” signal every time your glycogen and glucose levels drop, and now you stay full for longer periods of time.

I am not following the above posting method. I am following the system developed by Dr. Jagannath Dixit which is given below:

2 times a day

The first meal is taken at any time of the day when your hunger is insatiable, as in the case of the second meal. Pay attention to the time frame of both meals, usually, it will be meals, sometimes there can be a difference of up to 15-30 minutes.

Eat a good diet rich in protein, you can eat the things of your choice, nothing is prohibited.

Nothing in between meals other than sugar-free water / green tea/tomato / black tea.

An important condition:

Meals must be completed within 55 minutes or less.

Take medication with meals.

The time difference between two meals can approach 16/8 depending on hunger from person to person.

Fruit and sweets, if you are hungry, take fruit first than sweets and other foods.

45 minutes of walking/running/swimming/exercising/cycling is a must.

Benefits:

Life change will be observed within 3 months if it does not leave the system.
