Healthiest smoothie in the world

The healthiest smoothie in the world !?

vegetables an a table

Be that as it may ... I once looked into the composition of the healthiest smoothie in the world.

Today I would like to introduce you to 5 categories that promise an “all-round carefree” package. All information without guarantee, test at your own risk, etc. ...
All selected ingredients are said to have diverse health-promoting effects. Nevertheless, you should always keep in mind that you can overdose yourself with vegetables, especially in raw form. This can manifest itself with a headache or even organs such as the thyroid gland or the like. influence. It makes sense to vary constantly and keep in mind that you influence your body chemistry with highly potent nutrients.

  • Category 1: "Nutrient concentration" or "Dark leaf green"

After thorough research, one standing here at site #. KaleAlternatively, there are also old well-known ones such as spinach, chard, and more. Lots of content with little weight and, in addition, a high concentration of other supposedly health-promoting ingredients.

  • Category 2: Sulphurous foods

Broccoli, cabbage, onions, mushrooms, etc. I tend to prefer red cabbage or similar.

  • Category 3: "colored"

Purple, orange, red - old familiar. The more colorful the more great things should be inside. Blueberries, grapes, carrots, strawberries, etc. certainly give the juice a good taste. Ideally, something of every color should be included. Do you think I am known or want more information?

  • Category 4: "greasy"

Hemp seeds, butter from grass-fed cows, chia, linseed, coconut oil, avocado, etc. Either itself with desirable properties or reinforcing effect for the absorption of nutrients/vitamins and Co.

  • Category 5: "Sweet" or "Weird"

Here are added dried fruits such as dates/figs/apricots (please without sulfite!), Raw Honey, or, depending on your needs, things like ginger or turmeric root/powder.
This category makes your drink edible (dried fruit) or tastes particularly bad (turmeric root, etc.) healthy. It's your choice:-)

Otherwise, I recommend every subsequent article on potassium and it becomes clear why dried fruit could be a good addition.

Now you just have to get the whole thing edible :-) more on that below.

First of all, briefly the sources of my research:

  • www.edubily.de - German-language information on the biochemistry of the body (Save 5% code “Training nomad” Please purchase via the link. Thank you)
  • www.whfoods.com A site that has been surprising me more and more recently with detailed sources and a lot of differentiated information! I cannot say anything about commercially available products.

In principle, of course, reference should again be explicitly made to the standard work Nourishing Traditions.

Here is a small insight into the training nomad kitchen:

My last purchase:

Ginger, Turmeric, Swiss Chard, Red Cabbage, Beetroot, Beetroot, Yellow Carrot, Purple Carrot

My smoothie creation according to the above classification:

vegetable on a table

Complemented by chia seeds, dates, and frozen berries and 300ml of liquid.

The result is an absolutely drinkable, slightly sweet shake:

Meal Prep

I used the shopping and put together a total of 8 packages of 300-400g from the above ingredients and

frozen them.

Complemented by frozen berries, a source of fat, and dried fruit, I always have a smoothie at the start in no time at all.

  • One package with 300-500ml of water gives 2 large smoothies.
  • I drink a nutrient bomb every 3-4 days.
  • The cost is less than 2 euros per serving!

In my opinion, justifiable for proper organic quality, so no discounter organic.
The next time I shop, I will change the composition a little.

For everyone interested:

  • Beetroot is a very old variety and is very similar to beetroot in terms of content. I can absolutely recommend them in terms of taste!
  • The Dirty Dozen list tells you what things you should definitely buy in organic quality
  • The purple carrots taste less good than the oranges.
  • I use this blender that easily crushes frozen things.
  • How much turmeric actually makes sense?

What else do you mix into your shake and why?
